What will you do:
Implement and support Microsoft Cloud technologies and services such as MS Teams, Exchange Online, One Drive, ...
Responsible for working closely with the business to provide training as well as establish and share best practices
Leads the transformations for AD IaaS migration, Exchange Online migration and Teams migration (including design and build of these services)
Design, migration strategy and build of MEM (Intune) for Mobile devices for a migration from MobileIron to MEM
Provide input into the technology plan for the organisation and ensure that plans are integrated effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure
Provide advanced level support and troubleshooting to resolve platform and solution-level issues
Serve as a subject matter expert providing consultation services to project teams and stakeholders
Create and maintain documentation on the organisations systems and procedures
What do we expect from you :
Selling, and leading Office 365 transformations programs including implementation of Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint
Selling, and leading MDM transformations programs including implementation of Intune, MEM, CA, MFA
Modern Endpoint Management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) (Intune and SCCM)
Good hands-on PowerShell scripting
Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with authentication, security, and disaster recovery protocols
Fluent English (Level C2 as per the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR))
