When I started in Luxoft, my plan was to stay less than 3 years, to not have 3 months notice period. 10y later, I'm still here. What I value now the most, is first of all comfort which company gives me - quite easy way to change, move between projects. Or city/country. In most of the cases whenever I needed change/support from Luxfot, I received. I'm also lucky to keep having really great managers (apart from one :)). I like benefits here, they are extended due the company size - i.e. reimbursement in Luxmed, extra money on MyBenefit program, very cheap Multisport. Sometimes unfortunately need to wait for budget for trainings/certificates provided by external companies.

I have been working at Luxoft for several years and have gained a lot of experience working with different projects and cases. Luxoft is a very flexible company with a very good atmosphere. The manager and team members are very helpful.

I am very happy to work in this company. I started as a Researcher and from the very beginning I had the support and tools I needed to work and learn. There is a development path in the company and I was promoted twice within 1.5 years. I have a supporting team and a supporting manager. Despite the fact that luxoft is a corporation, it has a relaxed atmosphere. Luxoft offers freedom at work, they approach each recruiter individually. I highly recommend working with this company.

Dobra firma jak na start kariery tak i na jej rozwój. Ma bardzo dużo projektów z przeróżnych brąż: motoryzacja, bankowość, e-commerce, telco i t.d. Mają wewnętrzny program zmiany projektów - Internal Mobility, króry też wspiera przeprowadzkę do każdej części świata. Polecam.
